This policy explains what personal details Cudola Co collects through cudola.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with them. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiry details you choose to send: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, email address (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
• Basic technical data: our web server records IP addresses and pages requested, for security and to fix errors.

We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you. Your browser remembers your light/dark mode choice on your own device; it is never sent to us.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver and support any work you ask us to do. We don't sell your details or send you marketing unless you've asked us to.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you press "Send message", the form opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, which handles that message under its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted on a server in Singapore.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry doesn't lead to a project, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as needed to support your work and meet legal or accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Message us using the contact details above and we'll respond within 30 days.

How we protect it

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, our systems are kept up to date, and only the people working on your enquiry can see your details.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
